Shipping
As our jewelry is individually handmade in small quantities, your order may take up to 5 working days to be processed before it is ready to ship. All orders are tracked and you will receive a reference number.
For orders within Singapore:
- Free shipping, no minimums.
- Delivery takes 2-3 working days after being processed.

For self-collection, please indicate your preferred date and time of pickup in the Notes section upon checkout and we will send you a confirmation email. We are located at 160 Owen Road, S218953 and open on weekdays from 10:30am-6pm.

For express/same day courier, do note that a small additional charge will apply. Please indicate your preferred date and time of delivery and a point of contact (name and mobile number) in the Notes section upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation email and invoice to make delivery payment.
For orders outside of Singapore:
- Free standard shipping to the U.S. for all orders and to all other destinations for orders $100 USD and above.
- Flat rate $10 USD shipping to all other destinations for orders under $100 USD.
- Orders are shipped out by International Postal Mail by Air.

- Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location and you may refer to this link for approximate delivery times. (Refer to 'Registered Package International') Please note that timeframes are an estimation and do not take into account delays at customs or your local service suspensions.
- You will be responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country.
On the rare occasion of a delay or if something has unexpectedly sold out,we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.
