Items in unworn condition and original packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the order date, subject to inspection.
Sale items, limited edition items, limited release items, leather bracelets, gift cards, and customized pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Items purchased at our stockists are subject to the store's own policies. Please inquire directly at the place of purchase.
To request a return/exchange, please email us at email@example.com. You may drop off and exchange the items at our studio. You may also opt to ship the items to our studio. Shipping fees, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number and secured with bubble wrap, as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
Once we have inspected the item, we will issue the refund/exchange. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.
We understand accidents can happen and offer repairs for minor damages.
In the rare case of a piece of jewelry requiring extensive repair or a complete replacement, we will provide a quote that covers the cost of workmanship and new materials. Replacements are only available for pieces that are part of current collections.

You may return the item to us via mail (you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and fro) or drop it off at our studio located at 160 Owen Road, Singapore 218953.
For customers in Singapore, we charge a flat rate of 10 SGD to cover shipping costs. Overseas customers will be quoted a different price in USD depending on their location.
We recommend posting the package with a tracking number to ensure it does not get lost, and in a padded envelope so it reaches us safely.
