• How to use: Hold the beaded clasp with one hand. With the other hand, hold the chain close to the clasp and pull. It may feel a bit snug, but simply ensure that the chain is not entangled and you can give it a firm tug.

Cleaning & Storage

We recommend cleaning your EDEN + ELIE jewelry with a soft brush if there is any dirt trapped in the grooves of the beads.

Non-alcohol wet wipes (lotion-free) are a good medium for cleaning the metal components from dirt and oils. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents. It is not necessary to use jewelry cleaners as the plating is done to give a layer of oxidation for durability.

To reduce the chances of damage, keep your jewelry in its original cloth pouch and box. Do not store them where they will come into contact with hard surfaces.

For leather bracelets, we advise storing them in a cool, dry place. Use a cotton or microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water to wipe off any dirt residue on the leather bands before blotting dry.

Care for Beadwoven Jewelry

Your beadwoven jewelry is made from hundreds and even thousands of delica beads sewn together in an intricate weave. This higher quality variety of delicas are minuscule pieces of glass and their delicacy is part of their beauty. Take care when wearing your jewelry to not hit any hard surfaces.

• Free standard shipping to the U.S. and Singapore for all orders.
• Free standard shipping to all other destinations for orders US$100 and above.
• Import and tax duties, if any, are to be bourne by the customer.
• All orders will be ready for shipping within 5 business days. Shipping time varies by destination.

• You are free to return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of your order.
• Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a return or exchange.

• To ensure your item reaches us safely, we strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number in a well-padded envelope. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
