Shipping

We ship all our orders by registered airmail with a tracking number with Singpost (Singapore Post).

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise noted.  If however, you are in hurry, please drop us a line at hello@edenandelie.com and we will do our best to help. We will let you know the charges for the rush shipping before proceeding.

Our Return Policy

Because our jewelry is 100% handwoven and crafted by hand, there will be individual characteristics in each item that makes it entirely unique.  These are not defects but are part of the nature of handmade.

When you receive an EDEN+ELIE product, it would have met our exceptionally high quality standards because we do not ship a product otherwise.  However, unlike mass-produced jewelry, it is not possible for one piece to be completely alike another.

You are free to return an item if you notify us within 20 days from the date of your order. Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a return.  

To return an item, please email us at hello@edenandelie.com to let us know the item is on its way, and ship it to EDEN+ELIE, 806 Thomson Rd, 14-10, Singapore 298189. We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number and making sure the package is adequately padded so that it reaches us safely and undamaged. You will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your return quickly and notify you via email. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card to post your refund.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
